Interested in involving art students in my research

We are looking for an artist collaborator to help generate scientific figures for a manuscript about connections between different structures in the brain and peripheral nervous system. This would likely consist of one or possibly two figures for ultimate publication in an online peer reviewed journal. Ideally, figures would need to depict potentially complex details described in the main text in a visually clear and easily understandable manner.  The collaborator would be an author on the manuscript and options for University course credit could also be explored. If you are interested, please contact Prof. Ben Hutchinson at bhutch@uoregon.edu.
